Job Title: CS Management Trainee
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated CS Management Trainee to support the corporate secretarial and compliance team in handling statutory filings, corporate governance matters, and regulatory compliances. The trainee will gain practical exposure to corporate laws, ROC filings, FEMA compliances, and corporate documentation while assisting in day-to-day secretarial activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Secretarial Support
- * Assist in drafting Board Minutes, AGM/EGM Notices, Resolutions, and corporate documents.
- * Support the preparation of agenda papers and documentation for Board and General Meetings.
- * Help maintain and update Statutory Registers and corporate records.
2. ROC Filings & Incorporation Assistance
- * Assist in preparation and filing of ROC (MCA) forms such as DIR-12, PAS-3, AOC-4, MGT-7, and related filings.
- * Support the team in Company and LLP incorporation processes.
- * Assist with event-based filings and documentation under the Companies Act, 2013.
3. Compliance & Regulatory Support
- * Assist in monitoring statutory deadlines and compliance calendars.
- * Support compliance activities under the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA regulations, and SEBI requirements (where applicable).
- * Assist in managing quarterly, half-yearly, and annual compliance filings.
4. Documentation & Advisory Assistance
- * Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements and corporate documents.
- * Provide research support on corporate law updates and regulatory changes.
- * Support the team in corporate governance and compliance-related assignments.
5. Learning & Development
- * Gain exposure to corporate secretarial practices, regulatory filings, and compliance frameworks.
- * Assist senior team members in day-to-day compliance and documentation activities.
- * Perform additional secretarial and compliance assignments as required.
