Overview
Types of CA Certificates We Issue
A Chartered Accountant's certificate is one of the most widely required and most trusted forms of financial attestation in India. Government authorities, banks and lending institutions, immigration offices, tender committees, regulatory bodies, and counterparties in commercial transactions routinely require a CA's certificate as evidence of a person's or organisation's financial position, income, turnover, or compliance with specific regulatory requirements. The CA's certificate is trusted precisely because it is issued by a professional who is licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), bound by professional ethical standards, and personally liable for the accuracy of the certifications they issue. An incorrect or false CA certificate can result in professional disciplinary action against the CA, cancellation of the certificate, and serious consequences for the recipient of the certificate.
N D Savla & Associates provides a comprehensive range of CA certification services from our Mumbai office. Our Chartered Accountants issue certificates and attestations for individuals, businesses, trusts, and organisations — covering net worth certificates, income certificates, turnover and business existence certificates, certified copies of financial statements, utilisation of funds certificates, foreign remittance certificates (Form 15CB), and all other categories of CA certificate that may be required by Indian or overseas authorities. Every certificate we issue is based on a thorough review of the underlying financial records, is prepared in the specific format required by the requesting authority (where a prescribed format exists), and is issued promptly to meet the client's deadline.
The demand for CA certificates has grown with the increasing formalisation of India's economy and the proliferation of KYC (Know Your Customer) and due diligence requirements across financial, regulatory, and commercial contexts. Banks require CA certificates as part of loan applications and annual account reviews. Government departments require CA certificates as part of grant applications, tender submissions, and licence renewals. Visa and immigration authorities in several countries — including the USA, UK, Schengen countries, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand — accept or require CA certificates for financial proof in visa applications. Regulatory bodies including SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, MCA, and various state authorities require CA certificates for specific filings and approvals.

Our Process
The CA Certification Process at N D Savla & Associates
Step 1: Requirement Assessment — We begin by understanding the specific certificate required — what authority is requesting it, what format is required (prescribed form or free format), what financial information must be included, and the deadline for submission. We advise if there are any specific documentation requirements or prescribed formats issued by the requesting authority.
Step 2: Document Collection and Review — We collect the relevant financial documents — ITR, audited financial statements, books of account, bank statements, property documents, investment statements — and review them to verify the information on which the certificate will be based. The CA's certificate is only as reliable as the underlying documents — we do not certify information we cannot verify.
Step 3: Certificate Preparation — We prepare the certificate in the required format — either the prescribed form (for Form 15CB, SEBI certificates, and other format-specific certificates) or a free-format certificate incorporating all the information required by the requesting authority. The certificate is prepared on the firm's letterhead, signed by a Chartered Accountant member of N D Savla & Associates, and stamped with the firm seal.
Step 4: Delivery and Supporting Documents — We deliver the original signed certificate along with any supporting documents (copies of financial statements, ITR acknowledgements) required by the requesting authority. For digital submissions, we provide the certificate in PDF format with a digital signature where required.
⚠ Important: Accuracy Commitment: N D Savla & Associates certifies only what can be independently verified from the client's financial records and supporting documents. We do not issue certificates for inflated or unverifiable financial figures. Certificates based on accurate documentation protect the client from future disputes and protect the integrity of the certification process.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common Questions
How quickly can a CA certificate be issued?
For straightforward certificates where the underlying documents are already available and verified — such as a net worth certificate based on filed ITR or audited accounts — we typically issue the certificate within 24-48 hours of receiving all required documents. For more complex certificates requiring detailed review of books of account, or for Form 15CB where detailed information about the payment and payee is needed, the turnaround is typically 2-3 working days. For urgent requirements, we offer same-day or next-day turnaround for an additional priority fee — please mention your urgency when contacting us.
What documents are typically required for a net worth certificate?
For an individual's net worth certificate: the most recent filed ITR with ITR-V; bank statements for all accounts; investment statements (demat account statement, mutual fund account statement, fixed deposit certificates, PPF account statement); property documents with current market value (registered sale deed or valuation report); any other asset documents; and a list of all liabilities (outstanding loans, credit card balances, guarantees). For a company or firm's net worth certificate: the latest audited financial statements or provisional financial statements. N D Savla & Associates reviews all these documents and prepares the net worth computation before issuing the certificate.
Can a CA certificate be issued in a specific format required by a foreign embassy?
Yes. N D Savla & Associates is experienced in issuing net worth and income certificates in the formats — or closely approximating the formats — required by embassies and consulates of the USA, UK, Schengen countries, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and other countries. We review the specific requirements of the embassy or visa category and prepare the certificate accordingly. Where an embassy requires the certificate to include specific statements or disclosures, we incorporate these in the certificate. We also advise on whether the certificate needs to be notarised, apostilled, or attested for the specific country or purpose.
What is Form 15CB and when is it required?
Form 15CB is a certificate from a Chartered Accountant required under Rule 37BB of the Income Tax Rules for foreign remittances above Rs. 5 lakh per year. It certifies the nature and purpose of the remittance, the applicable TDS rate (under the Income Tax Act or applicable DTAA), and whether TDS has been deducted and deposited correctly. It is required by the remitting bank before processing the foreign remittance. Form 15CB is companion to Form 15CA — the declaration filed by the remitter on the income tax portal. N D Savla & Associates issues Form 15CB for all categories of foreign remittance — payment for services, purchase of goods, royalty, interest, loan repayment, dividend — and files Form 15CA on behalf of the client where required.
